RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

You are entitled to cancel an order provided you advise us by mail,phone,fax or email no longer than 8 working days after the day you receive delivery.

Returns should be made within 28 days.

Returns must be in a fully resaleable condition in the original undamaged packaging.

The purchaser is responsible for returning the goods at their cost.

We will refund the original purchase price to the purchaser or exchange the item once it is received by us.A refund of the original delivery charge will be given if the goods supplied are incorrect,damaged or faulty.

If the returned product is not in a fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct the cost of making good any damage.
